RETURN POLICY

Due to the custom hand-crafted production of these items Simply Maurita Do Not accept exchanges. We do accept returns (excluding custom orders, see below) and issue a refund when the following conditions are met:
 

Contact Company within 7 Days & Ship back to company within 14 days.

RETURN the item undamaged, unburned and not melted or altered in any way.

Place item in all original packaging (i.e., tissue paper & ribbon, box if shipped in, brown paper, thank you card, bubble wrap and or shipping envelop. 

PLEASE NOTE: Return Shipping Cost is the Responsibility of the customer and not refundable unless there was an error on our part. 

ERROR with your order on our part, we will work with you to decide either on an replacement, or a full refund to be applied.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Customized orders, including personalized candle(s) are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless there was an error on our part.
