Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our candles, all candle sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed. If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will be happy to assist with a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that extreme heat or weather conditions during transit may affect candles. Simply Maurita is not responsible for melting or weather-related damage once an order has shipped.
