All Sales Are Final | No Refunds
Due to the handcrafted nature of our soy wax candles, all candle sales are final, and monetary refunds are not offered, except where required by applicable law.
Exchanges & Replacements
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your candle arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly review your request for an exchange or replacement.
To request assistance:
Contact Simply Maurita within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number and clear photographs of the candle and original packaging.
Do not use or light a damaged candle.
Keep the original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
Return Requirements
For approved exchanges, candles must be unused, unburned, and returned in their original packaging unless otherwise instructed.
For broken ceramic vessels or shattered glass, please do not ship damaged pieces back without our instructions.
Return Shipping
Simply Maurita will provide return instructions for approved exchanges. When an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by Simply Maurita.
Handcrafted Characteristics
Because our candles are hand-poured using natural soy wax, slight variations in color, texture, surface appearance, and finish may occur. These natural characteristics do not affect the candle's intended performance and are not considered defects.
Fragrance Preferences
Fragrance is a personal experience. Exchanges or refunds are not available solely because a fragrance does not meet individual scent preferences.

BURNING INSTRUCTION:
Trim wick to ¼” (6mm) before lighting.
Keep wax pool free of any debris or foreign materials.
Always burn on a flat, level and heat-resistant surface.
Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
Stop burning when only ¼ “(6mm) of unmelted wax remains.

Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Strike gently away from the body.
Ensure the match is completely extinguished before discarding.
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and open flames.
